To Panel Repairers/Franchise /Adjusters,

 

Repairers are requested to dismantle the damaged vehicle during the presence of our appointed adjuster or after attended by our appointed adjusters ONLY.

 

Photographs submitted must show the impact of the damaged parts before dismantle i.e. the photographs must be taken before damaged parts are dismantled.

Message from Berjaya Sompo Insurance Berhad (BSI)

To all repairers,

 

1.   A Complete Set of Documents Must Be Uploaded Into System Before Appointment of Adjusters

 

With immediate effect, please be ensured that a full set of documents must be uploaded into Merimen System.

BSI shall only appoint adjuster upon receiving complete set of documents .

 

2.   Update Invoice Number Into Merimen System

 

Repairers are required to update their Invoice numbers as the data will be extracted from Merimen System during preparation of payment.

The invoice number will not be entered by BSI if repairers do not update it into Merimen System.

 

 

3.   Satisfaction Note & Final Bills to be Uploaded into Merimen System

 

Please be informed that BSI no longer accepts the hardcopy of the duly signed Satisfaction Note, Invoice & Post Repair Photos . Repairers have to upload (in softcopy) the documents into Merimen System.

 

(Remarks:-Please note that hardcopies of the documents, other than DV & Final Bills (eg. claim form, police report etc) will still be required to be sent to us.)

Message from Uni.Asia General Insurance Berhad

To All Panel Repairers:

 

1)    Please be informed that effective 20th of May 2009, all approval letters and discharge vouchers will be printed from repairer's side. Uni.Asia will not be printing hard copies of discharge vouchers and approval letters for collection. You will be able to print the same from the claims estimation systems i.e. IGTS or Merimen.


2)    Therefore, the approval of claim will be done by the respective Regional Claims Offices and the offer letters and d.v's printed by repairers will be the final approved amount.
