ONLINE DELIVERY OF MOTOR TPPD REPORTS

 

The industry is to take note that effective 01/08/2010 Newvest (M) Sdn. Bhd. is suspending issuance of manual reports (non-system generated) in respect of Third Party Property Damage (TPPD) surveys.

All TPPD reports delivered by the company will be by way of the Merimen Online. This applies nationwide i.e. West Malaysia and East Malaysia, covering all our network of branch offices.

Apart from tightening internal controls, the migration to online reporting will be in line with the company's consistent drive to meet the needs of insurers and the industry's desire to eventually centralise and systemise all motor claims.

Please be informed that we have extended your panel workshop agreement with us until 31/12/2010.  As for some workshops, which are still sorting your panel workshop status with PIAM, you have until 31/12/2010 to revert to us with the renewal certificate if you wish to be re-appointed as an authorized panel workshop with RHB Insurance Bhd. 

 

Note:  Reinstatement as RHB Insurance Bhd’s Panel Repairer is at the absolute discretion of our Management.

To All panel workshops/Franchise/Windscreen Repairer

 

Please take note that effective 23/7/2010, all submission of documents to Uni.Asia for Windscreen claims will be done online through the Merimen system. The Insured/ Policyholder will have to submit the complete set of documents stated below directly to the workshop, which will be able to be sent by the workshops. The documents will be made mandatory.(Nation Wide)

 

The mandatory documents are:

 

   1. Complete W/screen Claim Form filled by the Insured
   2. Registration Card (both sides)
   3. Police Report or Photo
   4. Insurance Policy
   5. Driving license & I C of both side by the Insured
   6. Photo before and After (with Date) Strictly Requested
   7. Tinted bill or warranty card
   8. All claim must submitted within 3 days
   9. Authorization letter for payment from Insured
