To All AXA Panel Workshop,
Please be informed that effective from 1st May 2012, any Windscreen Claims submitted through AXA Panel Workshops, the workshop is required to do the followings :-
1. To confirm windscreen cover limit direct with insurer (If no copy of Motor Insurance Policy / Cover Note provided by the Insured)
2. To duly complete the claim form on behalf of the Insured
3. To submit the claims to insurer for settlement
The following mandatory documents are required to be submitted either by hard copy or through Merimen system :-
1. Completed Claim Form duly signed/stamped by the Insured
2. Photographs showing damaged windscreen (before and after repair)- with at least one showing clearly the brand logo
3. Original invoice (with breakdown of repair) and official receipt from workshop
4. Original invoice for tinting (both old and new tinting) and photograph showing the tinted film being peeled off from the damaged windscreen, If applicable

Berjaya Sompo Insurance Berhad (BSI) has commenced the evaluation exercise for the purpose of selecting panel adjusters.
BSI has uploaded the BSI Panel Adjusters Application Form into Merimen Online, all registered adjusters who meet the necessary requirements are invited to submit their application for our evaluation and selection.

Interested applicant must fulfill all the preliminary requirements and completely fill up the application form and email back to BSI using the following email address: adjuster.solicitor@berjayasompo.com.my on or before 15th May 2012. BSI Panel Committee will not consider any late entry.
During the evaluation and selection period, please be informed that BSI Panel Committee will not entertain any enquiry as to the status of PWR/ PWS application. All decisions made by BSI Panel Committee shall be final and binding, all cost incurred by applicant shall be bore by the applicant. BSI Panel Committee will not entertain any request to review the decision made.

Dear Repairer
The earlier dateline to apply for Etiqa Panel Repairer (EPAR) and Etiqa Windscreen Specialist (EWINS) via Merimen Workshop E-Profile is already over. However, we note that there are still incoming submissions via Merimen for EPAR & EWINS applications. We have also received numerous requests from Repairers to extend the dateline for various reasons.
In view of this situation, the management of Etiqa has decided to extend the submission dateline for more Repairers to apply. In return, this is going to be an added advantage for Etiqa since the management will have more Repairers to choose from to be selected as EPAR & EWINS panels.
We are pleased to inform that the dateline to submit EPAR & EWINS panel applications is now officially extended until Friday, 27/04/2012. There will be no more extension further to this date. Please be informed that EPAR & EWINS applications are only accepted via Merimen.
