MRC Paintwork Material New Layout Dear Merimen User,
Please be informed that effective today, Thursday, 23 July 2026, the ‘Paintwork Material Cost’ section has been updated by MRC with a new layout that is only applicable to:
● Claims with MRC models.
● Labour items added.
A system email has been sent out today with a copy of the user guide. You may also access the user guide in the system under ‘Help’ folder.

We are pleased to announce that the Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) process will officially go live on 15 May 2025.
As part of this launch, repairers who have signed up to participate in the Code will be able to raise complaints directly within the system.
Accessing the User Guide
To support users in navigating the IDR process, user guides have been made available within the system.
For Repairers:
1. Log in to the Merimen system.
2. Click on “Help” and select “Help Contents”.
3. From the listing, locate “User Guide for Repairers”.
4. Under this section, select “User Guide - IDR (Internal Dispute Resolution)”.
For Insurers:
1. Log in to the Merimen system.
2. Click on “Help” and select “Help Contents”.
3. From the listing, locate “User Guide for Insurers”.
4. Under this section, select “User Guide - IDR (Internal Dispute Resolution)”.

2. New registration: Please click here to obtain the Fermion Merimen eClaim Registration Form to register to Fermion Merimen Online eClaim in order to participate to the COC.

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must be a legally established company (Sdn Bhd/Berhad) incorporated under the Company Act 2016 with minimum paid up capital of RM50,000 and minimum shareholders fund of RM100,000
- Registered with the Road Transport Department (JPJ) under Bengkel Pembaikan Kenderaan Kemalangan
- Subscribe to Merimen
- Possess qualified and experienced workforce
- Well-maintained tools, equipment, and workshop premises

- Established customer complaint handling and resolution process
