(1.3) Ultraviolet light: it helps to dry the repair raisin rather than putting under the sun, which is time consuming. (2)Windscreen Replacement: (using quality W/S product such as MSG, MCIS, TSG, Sekurit,Parkington, Hankok, Asahi) (2.1)The BTB WINSCREEN REMOVAL TOOL KITS. We apply this profession tools for windscreen removal to reduce power for shorter stroke and cutting efficiency. It is safe and easy to operate to avoid injury and maintain quality of life. We also apply sealant, glass primer and dumper during the installation of windscreen. (2.2) Compressor (5HP): for cleaning broken glass hiding at cornering. (2.3) >1600w vacuum cleaner: high watt for effective cleaning. (2.4) Electronic BOSCH blower: heavy duty high temperature blower to remove brackets on windscreen. Our company will provide a system to enhance workers competence/ job awareness through training. 1.1 Training Programme •General orientation briefing: To familiarize employees with administrative rules, employee benefits, working hour and general affair. •Quality policy and objective briefing: To familiarize employees with company policy and objectives for the quality management system. •Safety training: Train in safe work practices, first aid, use of personal protective equipment, and emergency procedures, as applicable. •On job training: No experience employee to be trained to ensure that there are skills to perform their job functions. 1.2 Training effectiveness evaluation •TECHNICAL MANAGER or delegate Technician shall use the Employee Training and Evaluation form to evaluate the effectiveness of training provided for their subordinates. •This evaluation shall assess whether a particular training has achieved its objectives and the employee is competent and/or skilled to perform the new job function for which he or she was trained. •If evaluation is unsatisfactory, the training shall be conducted again until the employee is competent to do the job.
