Sonoflex Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sonoflex” or “the Company” was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 7 September 1995. Its current registered office is at 23M, Jalan Thamby Abdullah Satu, Off Jalan Tun Sambanthan, 50470 Kuala Lumpur.

The Company has, an authorized share capital of RM 500,000.00 Comprising 500,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. The workshop is situated at an ideal location that has easy access and is proximate to
numerous
bustling commercial and industrial centers.

The premises it occupies is generous in terms of spacing and car park up to 100 cars at
any one time. The workshop itself has been extensively renovated by the directors and
is
designed to
accommodate up to 17 cars for repair works at anyone time.

The premises are totally secured by perimeter fencing with no access whatsoever to
unauthorized persons.
